Every artist carries a lifetime of memories, and these images are some of mine.

These are not photographs and were not created with AI. Using Blender and Photoshop, I recreated places, people, and moments from my life in Abadan, Iran. Each image is based on memories that helped shape my artistic vision and continue to influence my paintings today.

First Love

This image is inspired by memories of my first love during my high school years in Abadan. The refinery skyline, the streets, and the atmosphere of those years remain part of my memory and continue to influence my artistic vision today.

Refinery Workers

Growing up in Abadan, the refinery was part of everyday life. This image is inspired by the workers whose labor shaped the city and supported countless families. Their conversations during break time remain among my memories of the refinery landscape.

Studying Under Streetlights

As a high school student in Abadan, I often studied at night under streetlights. This image recreates those quiet evenings from memory. The road, the moonlight, and the pools of light became symbols of determination, hope, and my desire to learn.

Dragonflies

This image recalls the backyard of our family home in Abadan. The large water tank stood behind the house while my mother enjoyed hot tea in the garden. As a child, I spent hours chasing dragonflies and exploring the world around me. These simple moments remain among my favorite childhood memories.

My Father's Bakery

My father was a hardworking baker. As a child, I spent many hours in the bakery watching bread emerge from the ovens and learning the value of hard work. The warmth, light, and daily rhythm of the bakery remain among my strongest childhood memories.

Returning Home

Years after leaving Abadan, I returned to visit my mother. The family home, the garden, the scooter, and the refinery in the distance were all familiar parts of my memory. This image is a tribute to home, family, and the places that remain with us throughout our lives.

Arrival in Abadan

ALFE Circle

This was one of the most famous traffic circles in Abadan and among the first landmarks visitors encountered when arriving in the city. The nearby ALFE commercial area, English-language signs, and international shops reflected the unique character of Abadan during that period. It remains one of my strongest memories of home.

Discovering America

In the center of Abadan was a summer movie theater where I spent many weekends watching films. It was there that I first saw movies starring Elvis Presley and John Wayne. Through those films, I discovered a world beyond my city and began to imagine America long before I ever lived there.
